With over 25 years of experience in top management, she has led strategic, commercial, and transformation projects worth billions of CZK, including work with major companies like REWE Group and droxi. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Prague, with specializations in Finance and Educational Psychology. Today, she supports newly appointed executives, board members, and senior leaders at critical moments in their professional journey, whether during onboarding, when defining their leadership style, or navigating strategic repositioning.
As a certified coach and mentor, she works with clients through focused coaching, mentoring, and facilitation, always emphasizing inner stability, decision-making confidence, and strong performance culture. She believes true leadership is born where performance meets values and where courage wears the face of trust. Her approach combines strategic expertise with a holistic understanding of how leaders function best, working with mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and physical awareness to ensure that change is both effective and sustainably human.
Anna brings impressive credentials to her work, including certification as an Integral Coach and Adult Education Trainer, both accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education. She has completed executive training in coaching, mentoring, and negotiation, earned International Category Management Certification through GS1 and REWE Holding, and participated in leadership and strategic programs in Vienna through RIAG.
