During that time, he spearheaded critical talent mandates for high-growth tech portfolios, managing cross-functional recruitment operations from mid-market technology innovators to Fortune 500 enterprises. Ankit has a deep background in executing complex mandates for senior technical, product, and leadership roles, consistently driving business growth by refining pipeline execution and talent engagement.
