Anja Steinberg

Anja Steinberg is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf.

As a member of Stanton Chase’s Industrial Business Sector, Anja specializes in executive recruitment for medium-sized, partly family-owned companies for both German-based and international or global firms. She advises clients in need of executives in sales, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain management, finance, and procurement.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Anja learned executive search from the ground up as a Research Consultant and later moved to a global executive search firm, where she worked for over twenty years, becoming a Partner in 2012.

After graduating from high school, Anja studied psychology at the University of Muenster and additionally completed a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.

In her free time, she spends time with her family, friends, and dogs, is involved in animal welfare, and takes singing lessons.
