Andrea Horáková is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Prague. Andrea has been working in recruitment and talent acquisition for more than 15 years. Her career journey has given her insight into recruitment from all key angles, ranging from the dynamic environment of specialized agencies to strategic internal roles in global corporations.

She began her career at a boutique, highly specialized staffing agency, where she mastered precision and a personalized approach. She later leveraged these foundations in an international environment, where she successfully built and led a new recruitment division.

She gained valuable insights into the processes and culture of top-tier companies during her time in internal recruitment at Nestlé and Microsoft. As a result, she understands the specific demands that the market’s most successful organizations place on their leaders.

Over the course of her career, she also spent five years leading recruitment teams and managing complex projects. This experience allows her to view recruitment in a broader context, not just as filling a vacancy but as a key investment in corporate strategy.

Andrea now focuses on executive search and senior management appointments across various sectors. Her main added value lies in her ability to align the professional ambitions of candidates with the real needs of companies.
