Amit Agarwal is an Advisor at Stanton Chase. As a seasoned enterprise services professional, he brings a strong executive presence and proven people leadership skills. Amit has more than 25 years of experience in top tier professional services firms (Deloitte, PwC, and EY) as a leader in financial services, technology, industrials, and the global capability center (GCC) practice.

He has served the world’s leading asset managers and technology companies, including American Express, New York Life Insurance Company, MetLife, Encore, GE Capital, NYSE, Prudential of America, RBS-NatWest, Oracle, and Rolls-Royce plc, as a lead client service partner. He regularly led large multi-partner teams, bringing together experts in financial accounting, risk advisory, tax, M&A, robotic process automation, regulatory, and consulting services to deliver market leading solutions. He is also a trained executive coach in MBTI and “Less is More” who actively mentors senior-level executives in Fortune 500 companies.

Amit currently serves as Audit Committee Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Indian subsidiary of a top tier FTSE 100 British insurer. As a member of the company’s risk committee and investment committee, he is closely involved in the oversight of its cyber security, data privacy, risk management, underwriting, and investment functions. Amit graduated from the prestigious Hindu College in New Delhi. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1997) and a Delaware CPA (1999). Amit is an avid golfer and squash player.
