Alina Zechiu

Alina Zechiu is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Bucharest, bringing over 17 years of experience in business restructuring, insolvency, and debt recovery. Her professional journey spans Romania and Cyprus, where she has held multiple leadership roles within multinational organizations. Throughout her career, she has consistently built and coached teams, driven execution in complex environments, and aligned stakeholders with diverse and often competing priorities.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Alina has completed the MBA Essentials program at the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as the Brain-Based Coaching program with the NeuroLeadership Institute. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and public administration and is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, actively engaged as a member of UNPIR and TMA Romania.

Beyond her professional commitments, Alina serves on the board of Womanity, a community dedicated to connecting accomplished women professionals and strengthening the local ecosystem.

She is a native Romanian speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in Italian and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring the history of places and people.
