Alexis Kontis

Alexis Kontis is the Managing Partner of Stanton Chase Athens, where he leads the financial services sector and oversees operational management to drive greater efficiency and productivity. His extensive industry expertise—combined with deep specialization in human capital and change management, corporate strategy and governance, digital transformation, and operational excellence—positions him as a trusted advisor to senior executives navigating today’s highly volatile business landscape.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Alexis served as the Head of Growth at Deloitte, directing business development initiatives and driving operational synergies across business units and service offerings, with a strong focus on meeting evolving client needs. He began his career with Andersen Consulting in 1995 and has since acquired significant consulting experience across multiple industries, including financial services, shipping, energy, consumer products, and real estate. In addition to his consulting roles, he also served as Internal Audit Director for the Piraeus Bank Group, supervising the audit activities of all subsidiaries in Greece and internationally.

Alexis holds an MBA from the Katholieke University of Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of London.
