Alejandra Villegas

With nearly 25 years of professional experience and over ten years of experience in Human Resources, Alejandra is responsible for the Antioquia region and the Assessment Practice around the country.

Alejandra began her career at Serfinco as a Financial Agent for large customers. Later, she led the assembly of the financial area of Suratep (today ARL Sura), where she held various positions such as Head of Sales Channels, Head of Products Division, Head of Marketing Strategies, and Chief of Big Business Segment Division.

Later she joined Grupo Argos, initially as Director of Segments and then as Marketing Manager. At this company, she was involved in the brand unification, the integration of cement plants, and the construction of marketing plans for each customer segment.

In 2009, she continued her career as Partner and Consultant at On Group Consulting, where she worked consulting projects in strategy, organizational development, and marketing for major companies in Colombia. In February 2013, she joined Aristos as Regional Manager Antioquia.

Alejandra is a Civil Engineer with a major in Marketing Management.
