Aakanksha Aima

Aakanksha Aima is a Principal with Stanton Chase in India. She works within the firm’s Private Equity and Financial Services practice and brings more than two decades of experience across C-suite search and organizational development.

Before joining the firm, she partnered with clients in financial services, technology, fintech, and private equity on senior leadership mandates. That work covered C-suite and functional searches, succession planning, and leadership assessment, and included managing client relationships end to end for portfolio and growth-stage businesses.

Alongside search, Aakanksha has built talent acquisition and human resources functions from the ground up, with attention to retention, engagement, and performance. She established the Technology and Data Centre at CPP Investments. Her approach to organizational questions draws on design thinking, and she is an advocate for diversity and inclusion whose work centers on building teams that perform well and processes that hold up as a business grows.

She completed her postgraduate studies at IMT Ghaziabad and holds a PG Diploma in Human Behaviour from Amity University.
