Sourav Chatterjee

Sourav Chatterjee is an Associate Partner at Stanton Chase Mumbai and Delhi. He has been an Executive Search Consultant for more than 25 years and has personally completed numerous high-profile assignments.

Sourav acts as a strategic advisor on leadership matters to his clients. He has helped companies build management teams from the ground up, hired key executives for senior and critical positions, and assisted boards in brainstorming and executing succession planning for apex roles. He also has expertise in board appointments.

Sourav started his career in customer services and got inducted into the executive search business in the early 2000s.

Sourav holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations. He has a keen interest in sports, war history, and philosophy.

Sourav lives in Pune with his family. He loves to understand new and different cultures.
