Rupak Sircar is a Partner at Stanton Chase in the Middle East, specializing in executive search and leadership advisory within the Consumer Products & Services.

He works closely with boards, CEOs, and investors to identify and develop senior leadership talent that enables organizations to scale, transform, and deliver sustainable growth.

Rupak brings over 25 years of experience across the Middle East, APAC, and Europe. He has deep expertise in partnering with business leaders across Consumer Products, Retail, E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Leisure, and is recognized for building high-performing leadership teams.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Growth Businesses at Landmark Group. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at NatWest Group and ING, partnering with global executive teams on talent and transformation initiatives.

Rupak is a Global Fellow in Talent Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom. He holds an MBA in Human Resources.
