Rosario Anadón is Principal at Stanton Chase Buenos Aires, where she supports local, regional, and multinational companies in executive search and strategic talent consulting for leadership positions across Latin America. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, she was part of Glue Executive Search, an Argentine firm specializing in executive search and leadership advisory, where she led identification, assessment, and attraction processes for C-Level and strategic roles across industries including financial services, technology, consumer goods, retail, industrial, and digital business. She also developed part of her career at a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm, working on projects for local, regional, and multinational clients. Previously, she was part of a large-scale global consumer goods company, where she gained first-hand experience in a highly demanding corporate environment.

Rosario holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina. She specializes in assessing not only the technical capabilities of an executive, but also their cultural impact, leadership potential, and capacity to drive transformation within organizations, supporting family businesses, funds, scale-ups, and global corporations in building high-performance executive teams. She actively participates in business forums and networking spaces focused on market trends, executive succession, diversity and inclusion, and organizational leadership.
