Throughout her career, Marta has held senior leadership positions, including Global Brand Director at SDV Group and Director of Change Management and Digital Transformation at Zeitreel (Sonae Group). In these roles, she successfully led large-scale transformations, restructured organizations post-acquisition, and developed strategic growth plans while managing P&L and leading teams of more than 200 professionals.
