Lawrence Allen

Lawrence Allen is an Advisor at Stanton Chase Los Angeles. His primary focus is consumer products and services, with specialized expertise in the evolving consumer mindset, buying habits, and retail channels.

He has spent the past 10 years helping global organizations become more capable and competitive by building effective senior leadership teams. His work covers retained executive search, executive assessment, leadership consulting, succession planning, and talent market mapping. Before joining Stanton Chase, Lawrence was Partner-in-Charge of the Beijing office at a top-tier global executive search and leadership consulting firm.

Lawrence built his executive search practice on a two-decade executive career growing businesses for some of the world’s leading consumer product companies, including Nestlé, Hershey, and Conair. He held a range of functional and end-to-end roles, including Managing Director, Asia Pacific; Regional Director of Operations, Far East; and Country Business Manager, China.

Lawrence earned his Master’s degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management and speaks Mandarin.
