Hans Suh is a Partner at Stanton Chase Seoul, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in executive search and consulting. He specializes in talent acquisition, leadership assessment (including Hogan Personality and 360-degree feedback assessments), and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at leading global HR services and consulting firms in Seoul, including Adecco, Right Management, Manpower Korea, and MRI Worldwide.

Hans understands the demands of critical leadership roles and the significant impact they have on organizational and team performance. By identifying, attracting, and successfully onboarding exceptional leadership talent, he helps bridge the gap between clients’ strategic ambitions and the capabilities of executive and C-suite leaders. Hans holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and an MBA from Busan National University.
