Christoph Stichel

Christoph brings 15 years of recruitment and executive search experience spanning a broad bandwidth of business sectors.  He has spent 8 years as a managing partner of an executive search firm in Stuttgart, where he led the executive search, interim management, and HR consulting divisions.  He has served clients locally, domestically, and internationally utilizing his vast network, particularly in southern Germany, which he has developed over the span of his career.

Christoph is passionate about his job and invests his enthusiasm in finding long term solutions for his clients, partnering both with the client and the candidate. With his wealth of expertise and professional approach, Christoph has a clear aim: to exceed the client’s needs by bringing the client together with the right leaders and experts in order to achieve a sustainable difference in driving the company’s future.

Christoph studied business law with a focus on Human Resources and International Economics in Lüneberg.  He is fluent in German and English.

Christoph is married and has two children.  In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time and travel with his family, outdoor activities, and good food.
