Bettina Gögele

Bettina brings more than a decade of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, with a particular focus on executive research, talent identification, and market intelligence. She partners with national and international clients across a wide range of industries, helping organizations identify exceptional leaders and senior executives.

Bettina holds a degree in Business Administration from Kempten University of Applied Sciences. She began her career in account management at an international advertising agency before moving into marketing management, where she was responsible for international food brands on the client side. In 2011, she transitioned into executive search, initially as a Research Consultant and later as Head of Research, building extensive expertise in identifying and assessing executive talent. She joined Stanton Chase in Bad Homburg (Frankfurt) in 2022.

With comprehensive experience in executive search assignments, Bettina combines a structured, research-driven approach with a deep understanding of leadership requirements across industries and functions. She is committed to identifying the best possible candidates for each client mandate, leveraging market insights, rigorous research methodologies, and a strong understanding of talent markets to deliver outstanding results.

In addition to her academic background, Bettina is a certified HR Specialist as well as a certified Psychological Counselor and Personal Coach. These qualifications complement her professional expertise and support her ability to assess leadership potential and understand the individual qualities that contribute to successful executive appointments.

Outside of work, Bettina enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring art and culture. She values connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and believes that curiosity, openness, and lifelong learning are essential to personal and professional growth.
