Alexander Podstata

Alexander Podstata is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart. He began his career in recruiting and executive search before moving into senior executive roles. He brings more than 20 years of international experience across technology, digitalization, software, cybersecurity, and AI. That work spans global enterprises alongside entrepreneurial startups and scale-ups, which gives him a broad perspective on both established and fast-evolving business environments.

He is deeply committed to his clients and identifies closely with their strategies and challenges. His approach combines business expertise with curiosity and a strong focus on people. His goal is to identify and present outstanding individuals who bring the key qualifications, leadership capabilities, and mindset to make a real difference to an organization’s performance and long-term direction.

Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Augsburg. He is a professionally recognized business coach, accredited through the ICF, IOBC, and DBVC. He is fluent in German and English.

Outside of work, Alexander enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, golf, skiing, and following the capital markets.
