Linda Roberts Power is a Partner at Stanton Chase London, leading assignments across Ireland and the UK. With more than nineteen years of executive search experience, she has sourced and placed exceptional senior leaders for organisations around the world. Before joining Stanton Chase, Linda spent fifteen years with Boyden, where she played a key role in building and developing their Irish office.

Her expertise spans senior executive and board-level appointments across Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR, working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors. Linda is known for her deep C-suite network and her ability to design and implement best-practice talent strategies that consistently deliver outstanding results.

Prior to moving into executive search, Linda spent a decade in senior Human Resources roles within the Retail and Media sectors at Sainsbury’s and Times Newspapers. She has a strong interest and specialism in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, bringing this lens to her advisory work and candidate engagement.

Linda holds a degree in Geography from Cambridge University, a Master’s in Law and Employment Relations from Leicester University, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Westminster University.
