Daniel serves as a trusted adviser to senior management in a variety of industries within the Fortune 500, as well as family-owned enterprises, middle market companies, and private equity firms.  He is recognized for the adaptive, long-lasting relationships he forms within every partnership. Daniel leverages his extensive leadership experience and hands-on approach to execute projects with precision, transparency, and his signature candor.

Daniel understands that today’s environment requires leaders that are innovative, adaptive, and agile while maintaining the highest integrity and ethics. In this regard, he is passionate about improving his clients’ performance through executive assessment and selection, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational optimization.

Daniel founded the Nashville office of Stanton Chase in 2005 and has since established a top-caliber team across the tri-state region that brings a great depth of industry expertise and business acumen to deliver outstanding leadership solutions for clients. Prior to establishing the Nashville office, Daniel served as a human resource executive for a global enterprise that underwent substantial growth during his tenure. As a key member of the M&A team, spearheading leadership assessment and building the post-acquisition leadership teams, Daniel also directed organizational design and global talent management programs, driving effectiveness and “best in class” human resources.

Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, where he played football for the legendary coach, Paul “Bear” Bryant. He has completed numerous executive and certification programs focused on strategic HR, organizational design, assessment tools, and leadership development.
