Tatyana Ertuğrul is a Partner at Stanton Chase London and Istanbul. She is an accomplished global HR leader and executive strategist with over 15 years of experience driving organizational transformation across Europe, Asia, MENA, the UK, and the Americas. Her expertise spans multinational HR leadership, with a consistent focus on aligning business growth with human capital priorities.
Tatyana began her career at Jurabek Laboratories in Uzbekistan, where she led HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning for more than 1,500 employees in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Her passion for deep theoretical knowledge in business and people management grew during her tenure at Westminster International University in Tashkent and Anadolu University, where she taught HR and led international project management.
In 2017, she joined Eti, one of Türkiye’s largest FMCG companies, where she played a pivotal role in building HR infrastructure from scratch across new international markets and supporting HR systems in existing geographies. Serving as HR Director for Europe, the Americas, Asia, and MENA, Tatyana became a member of the Executive Committee and spearheaded the strategic HR agenda for 11 countries.
Throughout her career, she has been based in Uzbekistan, Türkiye, and Poland, and has successfully led HR transformations in complex, multicultural, and matrix environments—delivering strategies that supported rapidly expanding operations while fostering collaboration and innovation. She specializes in executive talent acquisition, employer branding, total rewards design, and organizational restructuring, ensuring that HR systems are fully aligned with business needs.
Her leadership has been central to the rollout of talent management frameworks, the implementation of HR Centers of Excellence, and the development of strong people practices across both emerging and mature markets. A certified SHRM-SCP executive and professional coach, Tatyana is known for her forward-thinking approach to people and culture. She blends strategic insight with strong people partnership, enabling organizations to navigate growth, mergers, and transformations while maintaining high employee engagement.
Tatyana holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Anadolu University, where she also earned her Master’s degree in the same field. She graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Westminster. Fluent in English, Turkish, and Russian, she brings a truly global perspective to executive leadership. Her scope covers Leadership Advisory and Executive Search, with a special focus on Central Asia.
