Peter Deragon, commonly known as ‘Pete’ among his friends and acquaintances, is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Los Angeles. He also serves as the Global Leader for Stanton Chase’s Supply Chain Sector and the Global Subsector Leader for Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Pete’s career journey began in the Financial Services Sector, and he remains actively involved in it and the CFO and Financial Executives Functional Group.

Pete leads a diverse team of executive search consultants with extensive senior-level experience. Together, they handle executive search assignments spanning various sectors, including government, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations, referred to as ‘Social Impact’ organizations within Stanton Chase.

Pete’s extensive network extends throughout the Western region, with many cities in California serving as his home base over the years, including San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, and Los Angeles.

Currently, Pete leads Stanton Chase’s executive search initiatives across California, catering to both public and private companies as well as public agencies across nine industry groups. His global collaboration efforts ensure that clients benefit from a broad marketplace perspective, geographical expertise, and access to key executive connections.
