Florian Hirschmann is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart. With more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, he has deep knowledge of IT, digitalization, renewables, and the industrial sector.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at leading companies in the recruitment business. He has extensive experience building and scaling client relationships, developing high-performing sales organizations, and driving sustainable business growth in highly competitive markets.

Florian has successfully led national key account structures, managed large-scale and high-volume client engagements, and advised executive leadership teams on business development initiatives.

He is particularly recognized for his hands-on and entrepreneurial approach, combining operational execution with big-picture thinking. Over the course of his career, he has successfully supported international and mid-sized organizations in transforming sales operations, acquiring new business, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships at C-level.

Florian studied Economics and Business Administration at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen.
