Panos Manolopoulos

Panos Manolopoulos is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Middle East and Greater China. His other duties include serving as a Board Director for these two offices.

His role in these regions has been critical to shaping their strategic direction and operations. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has also made significant contributions to the leadership services industry on a global scale.

Panos has previously held numerous leadership positions at Stanton Chase itself throughout the years too, including:

• Regional Vice President of EMEA
• Vice Chair Business Excellence
• Global Practice Leader Board and CEO Services.

His leadership has driven the firm’s success in Dubai, Bucharest, Romania, Moscow, Russia, and Greater China, where he is the majority shareholder and owner of the operations.

Panos has also been a two-time candidate during the election of Stanton Chase’s Global Chair of the Board, a role distinct from his regional director responsibilities at Stanton Chase Middle East and Greater China.

Panos’ wide-ranging and deep industry expertise is evident in his roles as Regional and Global Practice Leader of Consumer Products and Services, as well as his current leadership role in Government, Education, and Nonprofit. Panos’ involvement in various capacities on the Global Board also shows his commitment to Stanton Chase’s growth and development.

Panos is dedicated to continuous learning too and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton Business School, Cornell University, and Cambridge University. These programs have focused on leadership best practices, leading and developing people, executive leadership, and negotiation strategies.

Panos holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the American University of Athens with distinction and a Master’s degree with distinction in Diplomacy from the University of Lancaster. He recently earned a Professional Doctorate in International Business from the European International University, Paris. His commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated by his postgraduate diploma from the Officers Academy, Ministry of National Defense, where he ranked first in Economics/Strategic Defense.

Since 2007, Panos has lived in the United Arab Emirates with his family and has held a Golden Visa since early 2023. His deep integration into the region enhances his understanding of the Middle Eastern market and contributes to Stanton Chase’s success in the region.
