In senior positions at an international engineering and project service provider, he was responsible for filling numerous key positions in technically oriented industries, as well as business area development and expansion.

Today, he supports companies in strategically filling interim leadership roles—especially during transformation phases, succession processes, or structural changes. He believes in personal, solution-oriented collaboration and combines systemic thinking with entrepreneurial pragmatism.
