Mateya Nikolova

Mateya is a Research Associate at Stanton Chase Sofia, specializing in executive searches for clients within the consumer products and services, technology, and professional services sectors.

Before joining Stanton Chase and advancing her career, Mateya worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Career Coach for a European-based consulting organization. This experience allowed her to deepen her knowledge and expertise in recruitment, talent development, career coaching, account management, and research. Mateya has engaged with individuals from diverse backgrounds, hailing from various countries, industries, and roles. She has successfully highlighted their strongest abilities, guided them through effective career transition practices, and helped unleash their full potential.

Considering herself a supportive, amicable, and devoted enabler for growth, Mateya has a strong desire to achieve high results. She aims to optimize development and talent management processes in ways that benefit overall employee engagement.

Mateya earned a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in International Business Management from Coventry University and is currently completing her Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Innovation through the University of Bath.

In her free time, Mateya enjoys traveling to different destinations, believing that new adventures enhance cultural awareness and reveal new interests and opportunities. She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.
