An Energetic, Engaged, and Devoted Growth Enabler

Prior to joining the executive search industry and advancing her career at Stanton Chase, Mateya worked in recruitment and career coaching. Her experience there sharpened her skills in managing various technology, accounting, marketing, sales, and outsourcing projects.

Mateya was also involved in the development of onboarding programs and actively participated in various initiatives related to employee engagement, employer branding, and social media marketing.

Mateya’s Recent Success Stories

• Mateya was recently involved in a project that successfully placed a candidate within the leadership team of an international pharmaceutical company.
• Mateya was recently engaged in a project aimed at selecting the Managing Director for a multinational tobacco company.
• Mateya also provided support to the team during a search for the accounting department of a Shared Service Center belonging to a multinational company in the technology sector.

A British Education, a Beloved Dog, and Lots of Travel

Mateya’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Innovation from the University of Bath (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Coventry University (United Kingdom).

When she is not working, Mateya enjoys traveling to various destinations around Europe, going for walks in the mountains, or simply spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog.
