Danae Doptoglou

Based in Athens, Danae is a director with a main focus in the Financial Services Practice Group. Her strategic mind and respectable experience had gained her the trust of senior market executives with whom she collaborates on high-end, exciting recruiting projects.

Her extensive experience that spans from startups and accelerators to some of the country’s largest financial institutions have offered her a deep knowledge of the diversity of organizational cultures and environments. Helping candidates, teams and organizations reach their full potential is a very powerful motivator for Danae.

Danae joined Stanton Chase with 15 years of experience in product and business development and eight years of specialization in banking and insurance. She has a known track record of managing transformation initiatives in the areas of digital innovations, customer experience, and product portfolios management in both retail and wealth management. During her career, she has participated in various projects for consolidating key business metrics for product portfolios in the financial services sector. Furthermore, she contributed to numerous strategy initiatives focused on customer awareness and excellence.

Danae holds an MBA and a bachelor’s in maritime studies from the University of Piraeus. She holds a bachelor’s in psychological science and techniques from Guglielmo Marconi University, and she is a master’s candidate in psychology from the same university. Danae also holds a diploma in counseling psychology and coaching from the University of Aegean.
