Suzanne Falk

Suzanne Falk is an Associate Partner at Stanton Chase Stockholm. She has more than 10 years of experience in executive search, with a strong focus on recruiting executives and senior specialists for industrial, technical, and project-intensive organizations. Her assignments have primarily covered infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, engineering consultancy, and other organizations with complex leadership and talent needs.

Suzanne brings strong practical industry experience from both large organizations and smaller contractor- and engineering-led businesses. She has served as HR Director for one of Sweden’s largest infrastructure client organizations and has also held senior HR roles on the contractor side, including HR Director and Head of Competence Development. In these roles, she worked closely with the business on talent strategy, organizational development, leadership development, and the design of leadership programs.

Her background gives her a profound understanding of the leadership requirements that characterize organizations in transformation, growth, and complex project environments. She has particular experience identifying leaders who can create structure, drive development, and build strong organizations in environments where business acumen, execution capability, collaboration, and long-term talent development are critical.

Suzanne combines structured executive search methodology with her own experience from senior HR roles, leadership development, interim recruitment, and assessment. This gives her a strong ability to evaluate leadership capability, potential, business understanding, and organizational fit. She studied business administration and labour law at Uppsala University, as well as law and psychology at Stockholm University. Suzanne is also certified in several assessment and leadership tools.
