Throughout her career as a consultant, she has collaborated directly in different sectors such as pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing primarily. She has also led projects of General Management, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Human Resources among others.
In 2018, she was named Regional Vice President of Latin America for Stanton Chase International.
In 2017, she received the “The Future of the Profession” Award from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting (AESC).
During 2015, in Stanton Chase she led a Global-Strategic project, as Global Director of Talent, Acquisition, Development and Retention, where she had a coordinating role for the development of Stanton Chase’s global strategy, innovating with the development of new internal processes, external and marketing materials that have reached our goals of building a world-class organization, focused on people. The results of this work have been recognized by the firm worldwide.
She has an MBA in Senior Management from the Anahuac University (Mexico), an International Master in Leadership from EADA Business School (Spain), and a degree in Communication from the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico). She is certified by Cornell University in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting (EUA) and has a diploma in Human Resources from the UIA (Mexico). Before starting his career in Executive Search, he collaborated in Cohn & Wolf and later in Banamex Stock and Securities, Casa de Bolsa (CitiBanamex) in the area of Strategic Planning and Marketing.
