Laura Sodoroc

Laura Sodoroc is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Bucharest. She brings over 20 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in sales, marketing, people management, coaching, and strategic business roles within leadership teams. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations and individuals through transformation, always placing people at the core of meaningful business evolution.

As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, Laura designs tailored programs that foster ownership of growth for individuals and teams. She views both successes and failures as opportunities for learning when properly supported.

Laura’s educational background further enriches her professional expertise. She is a graduate of the CO-ACTIVE Training Institute’s Leadership Development Program in the USA, which strengthened her skills in empowering teams, professional growth, and leadership. She also holds two Master’s degrees: one in Human Resources Psychology and another in Marketing Strategy and Planning. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, where she first cultivated her structured and coherent approach to business.

She is a native Romanian speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in Spanish. In her free time, Laura enjoys motocross, handcrafting, and hosting friends.
