Kaitlyn Llewellyn

As a consultant for Stanton Chase International, Kaitlyn Llewellyn works with leading professional services and industrial firms, with a particular emphasis on Stanton Chase’s CHRO practice. Kaitlyn brings robust human resources experience Stanton Chase and has championed initiatives in areas of employee engagement, leadership and culture, continued learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Kaitlyn is tenacious in her search for excellence and brings a passion for learning and growth to the firm. She is passionate about identifying and hiring the right executives that will bring success and synergy to their teams.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Kaitlyn was the Corporate Human Resources Director at Continental Realty Corporation. She has over eight years of strategic and multi-jurisdictional HR experience that positions her to quickly understand key business needs and position talented leaders effectively to advance goals.

Kaitlyn holds a M.S. in Human Resource Development from Towson University and a dual B.A. from McDaniel College in English and Communication. She holds SHRM-CP and PHR designations and is active in the SHRM Advocacy Team. Kaitlyn is also involved in Baltimore non-profit organizations including Business Volunteers of Maryland’s GIVE Fellowship and The Be Org.
