Eleri Dodsworth is a Partner at Stanton Chase London and a member of the Board, Industrial, and Sustainability and ESG Practice Groups. She serves as Regional Leader of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Practice for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Additionally, she represents Stanton Chase on the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Diversity Council.
Since 1999, Eleri has managed a wide range of executive, non-executive, and senior leadership searches. After spending 10 years at the Odgers Berndtson Group, she joined Stanton Chase in 2021. Throughout Eleri’s 25+ years in executive search, she has led teams and leadership searches across a wide range of sectors including listed, private, family, not-for-profit, and private equity owned organisations.
Eleri seeks to work with responsible companies who take environmental impact, ethical standards, sustainable operations, and inclusive cultures seriously. She is dedicated to working with her clients to transform workplace cultures by appointing ethical and inclusive board members and leaders who drive positive change and long-term success.
Eleri is a parent to three children, whom she learns from on a daily basis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language. She is also an experienced Leadership Coach and a Certified Hogan Assessor. Eleri is a thought leader and strives to raise awareness and understanding of race and gender equality, socio-economic diversity, disability, age, and neurodiversity in leadership. She has written numerous papers tackling the important subjects of ethical boards, inclusive cultures, and the relationship between good governance, employee engagement, and sustainability.
