Eleri Dodsworth is a Partner at Stanton Chase London and a member of the Board; Industrial; Technology; and Energy, Resources & Mining Practice Groups. She serves as the firm’s Global Leader for Inclusive Leadership & Culture and represents Stanton Chase on the AESC Opportunity & Inclusion Council.

Since 1999, Eleri has led executive, non-executive, and senior leadership searches across a wide range of sectors. She spent a decade with the Odgers Berndtson Group before joining Stanton Chase in 2020. Over her 25+ years in executive search, she has delivered leadership appointments for listed, private, family-owned, not-for-profit, and private equity-backed organisations, and has built a reputation for her judgement, discretion, and ability to shape culture-critical leadership transitions.

Eleri partners with responsible organisations that take environmental impact, ethical standards, sustainable operations, and inclusive cultures seriously. She works closely with boards and CEOs to transform workplace cultures, appointing ethical and inclusive leaders, strengthening governance, advising on succession planning, and ensuring effective onboarding for long-term success.

She holds a BA in English Literature and Language, is an experienced Leadership Coach, a Certified Hogan Assessor, and a parent of three children. A recognised thought leader, Eleri champions greater understanding of race and gender equality, socio-economic diversity, disability, age, and neurodiversity in leadership. She has authored numerous papers on ethical boards, inclusive cultures, and the relationship between good governance, employee engagement, and sustainability.
