The Stanton Chase Auckland office was founded in 2001 as Executive Recruiters International Ltd. As one of the office founders, Pierre le Noel was determined to establish an executive search practice which would operate as a solution provider to its clients. Pierre had already established a sound reputation for quality of service during his previous fifteen years of experience operating in the executive search and selection market in New Zealand.

Consultants in the Stanton Chase Auckland office are more than just headhunters. Our consultants bring extensive experience in executive search and management consulting and, together with a dedicated research department, we offer a range of consulting services to clients across a breadth of industries.

While based in Auckland, the main business hub for New Zealand, we also work throughout New Zealand and in the Pacific region. We provide search solutions for middle and senior executives through to CEO and Board of Director positions.
