Stanton Chase Portugal recently released the results of its HR Survey 2024. 

This survey provides insight into the opinions and experiences of human resources professionals with management responsibilities across various sectors in the Portuguese market.  

The findings offer valuable insights into the current state of HR in Portugal and the challenges that lie ahead. By reading the survey, you will gain:

The survey found a slight decrease in optimism among HR managers regarding the evolution of their sector compared to previous years. While expansion, maintenance, and diversification remain the top business strategies, there is a marked shift in sentiment regarding economic evolution for the next two years. 

Key findings demonstrate the continued importance of competencies such as flexibility, resilience, execution capabilities, and customer orientation in attracting new employees. The survey also reveals the most prevalent challenges faced by HR managers, including talent attraction, recruitment, team spirit, internal communication, and retention.
