Thomas Schenzle

Thomas Schenzle brings over 25 years of line management competence and top executive experience in global leading companies. He has distinctive expertise in executive consulting, as well as in organizational and leadership development. In his consulting work, Thomas concentrates on top-level assignments, especially in Logistic&Transportation and Supply Chain Management industry. In addition he gained strong track record as expert for sales, sustainable integration and harmonious change management.

Throughout his career, he has helped to place and develop high-calibre talent as well as senior leader. Thomas uses his insider experience and network to assist clients in identifying senior talent. Prior joining Stanton Chase, Thomas was a partner of a leading international management company. In this role he became trusted advisor for many executives and concluded top executive assignments. Previously Thomas served on group level for most of his career, as Executive Vice President for Sales and Key Account Management in Deutsche Bahn-Schenker and last Deutsche Post- DHL.

Thomas Schenzle holds a Bachelor Degree in Pedagogy and Logistics from the Graduate Institute of University Tübingen – Reutlingen. He is fluent in English and German.
