Nargiz Nasrullayeva-Muduroglu is an Advisor at Stanton Chase London. She brings over 20 years of senior management experience across the private and public sectors, with a strong track record in commercial real estate, energy and energy-related projects, and public-private partnerships.
Currently, Nargiz serves as a Member of the International Advisory Panel of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). From 2017 to 2024, she held the role of Principal Advisor to the CEO of the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Azerbaijan, where she oversaw revenue inflows from the State’s share of profits in upstream oil and gas operations. As a member of the Fund’s Management Board, she played a pivotal role in human capital reform, focusing on organizational design, grading, performance, and talent management. Nargiz also led two major transformation initiatives and drove the development of the Fund’s impact investment strategy in partnership with local and international stakeholders.
Her governance experience includes chairing the Board of Azerbaijan Rigs and serving on the Management Board of SOCAR Türkiye Aegean Refinery.
Nargiz served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan for 11 years before becoming its President and Chair of the Board from 2022 to 2024. Her leadership in the commercial real estate sector includes roles as Centre Manager at Regus Business Centre and COO at Landmark Business Center, where she currently advises the CEO.
Nargiz holds a BA in Legal Regulation of Economy from Western University in Baku and an MA in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. She has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
