Martina is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources, customer care, and sales management. Her experience includes working with numerous Czech and international companies across a variety of industries. Furthermore, she has led transformational projects in the areas of organizational structure, corporate culture, and customer service.
Martina set up and managed the first regional SHL office in Prague. SHL is an international leader in talent acquisition and talent management. With the help of her team, she developed a broad client base and solidified SHL’s position in the local market.
Martina has also served as a consultant who specializes in identifying and developing individual talent. Her passion is uncovering and developing her clients’ potential, which in turn contributes to their professional success as well as their personal well-being. She uses SHL diagnostics tools and runs assessment and development centres for top management and other key positions in companies across Central and Eastern Europe. In her role as a certified coach, she utilizes NLP, mental training techniques, and positive intelligence insights. Additionally, she conducts workshops and offers management training.
