Before joining Stanton Chase, Kerstin worked for a well-known management consulting firm, where she effectively established the talent acquisition process.  

Her extensive professional background allows her to be well-acquainted with both candidate and customer requirements for successful placements.  

Kerstin holds a degree in business administration from the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce and has spent over 10 years working in various industries and international service companies. Her certification as a systemic coach for change management complements her profile.  

During her leisure time, Kerstin enjoys sports, plays the piano, and cherishes moments spent with her family and friends.
