Frank Hirsch

Frank Hirsch is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. Frank’s core consulting competencies encompass all types of manufacturing industries and related services. He focuses on filling cross-functional key positions in family-owned, small- and medium-sized companies, as well as in large publicly-listed corporations. 

Frank also supports international companies in establishing business activities in Germany. His long-term project experience and intensive knowledge of the German and European industrial sectors make him an excellent partner for resolving challenging national and international search projects. 

Before joining Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2013, Frank was a Partner at one of the leading German-based executive search companies, primarily active in the industrial sector in Europe and emerging markets.  

Frank began his career at an international recruiting company, where he contributed to establishing and developing the business in the German market. He managed teams with various business functions and later became a part of the executive management team. 

Following the successful completion of his officer training in the German Armed Forces, Frank subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Passau, including studies abroad in Vancouver. He is fluent in both German and English.
