Alicia has more than 20 years of experience as a Chief People Officer and similar executive roles at technology companies focused on marketing, big data, education, Internet, and telecommunications.
She has driven the full range of HR services at large, public, global organizations as well as emerging venture and PE-backed companies, including DreamBox Learning, INRIX, Publicis Groupe, Razorfish, and AT&T Wireless.
Alicia has an undergraduate degree in journalism and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
