Ivo A. Hahn
在创建Stanton chase大中华区办事处之前， Ivo 是PA咨询集团高管搜寻业务的亚洲负责人，在此之前他是Boyden大中华区的人才搜寻总监。
Ivo拥有多个科学的心理测评工具的认证，包括PAPI（Cubiks）、OPQ（SHL）、MPA和Easi（Master International）
Ivo曾服务于多个行业，包括食品、非食品和耐用消费品、OTC和制药、奢侈品以及各种制造业，先后担任过高级管理岗位，销售以及市场营销岗位的负责人。
Ivo Hahn于1982在香港加入DKSH，开启了他的职业生涯，专注于北亚地区的市场营销、销售、物流以及消费者、医疗保健和技术产品线的分销。
1987年，Ivo加入强生，帮助强生大幅扩张了该公司在医疗保健、婴儿、卫生防护和OTC的专营权。1992年，他被任命为德国贸易公司C.Melchers的总经理，该公司拥有多元化的产品线，他在该公司专注于中国的业务拓展以及合资企业谈判。1994年，他被任命为SIG Combibloc台湾地区的董事总经理，该公司是一家全球无菌纸箱包装系统供应商。他很快被提升为北亚区总裁，负责区域覆盖了台湾、香港、中国大陆、韩国和日本。
1999年，他创立了自己的高管搜寻公司——Xecutive Group，该公司后来加入Stanton Chase International，成为Stanton Chase大中华区办事处。Ivo还为Stanton Chase创建了物流和运输行业小组，领导了该行业的高管搜寻业务,并连续3年担任了SCI全球董事会的副主席。

Ivo在瑞士出生长大，会说德语、法语、英语和汉语；他毕业于瑞士联邦商学院，在洛桑IMD就读期间，他主修市场与经济专业。他同时在香港瑞士商会担任董事会成员。
