Human Capital expert Michael T. Holmes joins Tennessee team

Michael T. Holmes, an experienced strategic and collaborative executive leader with a focus on human capital, has joined the Stanton Chase Nashville office as Director.

The announcement was made by Daniel Casteel, Managing Director of the Stanton Chase Nashville office and Regional Vice President, North America. “We are honored that Michael has accepted the invitation to join our team,” said Casteel. “Not only does he bring a wealth of experience in executive search, but he brings an unparalleled passion to community engagement. We look forward to his added value on our diverse Nashville team.”

Michael has held senior level roles with Terex, Pitney Bowes, Citigroup, Right Management, INROADS, Inc. and the Yonkers YMCA, driving their goals, strategies, initiatives, and processes for Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Performance, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Career Coaching. He is also an entrepreneur and Principal Consultant of INSIGHTS4U Consulting, LLC., a boutique firm specializing in career management, workforce readiness preparation, and Diversity and Inclusion, inclusive of Unconscious/Implicit Bias training.  Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Michael was contracted by Food Bank For New York City to lead their Human Resources function.  Michael brings over 30 years of experience in the non-profit and for-profit arenas. In his new role at Stanton Chase, he will be an active member of the Industrial, Government, Education, and Non-Profit practice groups.

Mr. Holmes obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.  He is also a certified HS basketball official and was previously a certified football official.
