The Stanton Chase Milan office proudly announces its membership to the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Italy, a private, non-profit organization affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C.
The aim of AmCham is “to develop and promote economic and cultural relations between the United States and Italy, to support and protect the interests of its associates’ commercial activities between the two countries, and to disseminate information concerning AmCham’s own activities amongst its members”. There are approximately 500 associated companies in Italy, including Coca-Cola, Dow Chemicals, HP, Philip Morris, Boeing, Accenture, Microsoft, Facebook, EY, BCG, and more.
The American Chamber of Commerce in Italy is one of the founding members of the European Council of American Chambers of Commerce [hyperlink to: http://amchamsineurope.com/], which serves as the umbrella organization for American Chambers of Commerce from 42 countries throughout Europe and Eurasia. AmCham Europe protects free trade between the European Union and the United States. All AmCham branches are non-profit, non-governmental business organizations accredited as representatives of U.S business in their respective country by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C.
