In a world where men continue to hold a vast majority of senior positions in the corporate world, the Independent Women Directors (IWD) project is courageously challenging the status quo.

The IWD project is determined to create a level playing field for women in the corporate world by giving them a chance to hold independent director roles. With more women at the top, they can use their voices to shape the business landscape and make a positive impact on the larger socio-political landscape.

Stanton Chase is honored to be a supporter of the 10th Turkish Women on Boards conference hosted by IWD project. The conference, which was set to take place in mid-February 2023, has been postponed due to the recent devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria. Despite the setback, the IWD project remains committed to their cause and will be updating their website with the conference’s new date soon.

The IWD project’s mission to empower women in the business world is one that should be celebrated and supported. Conferences like the Turkish Women on Boards Conference serve as a platform to bring attention to this critical issue and inspire change.
