Stanton Chase International held its 48th Global Partners Meeting in Lima, Perú from April 9th to April 12th, 2014 yielding significant learnings around the vast opportunities and potential of the Perú and overall Latin America economic climate.
61 partners and 20 significant others from 31 countries met in Lima for SCI´s working sessions as well as for social and cultural events.
Of major importance was a Client event at the Marriott´s Terraza del Mar, which brought over 60 local clients from a variety of industries to share visioning, strategies and insights with the global Stanton Chase team. Dr. Luis Valdivieso (ex IMF) made a keynote presentation on the economic situation in Latin America. With the night highlighted by the Chairman´s Diversity Award Ceremony including a presentation on Diversity by Global Practice Leader Karine Becker and the award winner Inca Kola Coca-Cola Mr. Johnny Lindley received the award from George Cross, Chairman of the SCI board. To close the ceremony a testimonial on Diversity Experience by Vania Masías (chosen one of the young world leaders 2014) followed by a dance presentation by D-1 (company Vania Masías) with a theme on Diversity.

The Lima meetings benefited from the participation of many Peruvian business leaders from global and regional companies like Marsh McLennan, Unacem, Hunt Oil, PwC and Andino. “Our Global Practice Group sessions keynoted by presentations and interactions with in country senior executives, continues to drive the growth of our business in getting closer to the markets and our customers,” says Mickey Matthews, Vice Chairman – Practice Groups and Managing Director of the Baltimore/Washington office.
In the evening dinner at Casa de Aliaga, a colonial house located in the Main Square of downtown Lima with trophies awarded for outstanding performance in client delivery and business building to the Offices of the Year, as well as the Referral Cup.
