The conference ended by the celebration of the partnership between Stanton Chase Dubai and Hofstede Insights to initiate Hofstede Insights MENA. This partnership set the tone and context for this 2018 conference, as it explored the Intercultural Management and Organizational Culture challenges and implications on boards, organizations, and leadership teams.
