This September the biannual EMEA meeting of Stanton Chase took place in Sofia. It was the first time a meeting of this calibre had been held in Bulgaria. Attendance was high – nearly 80 consultants and researchers from 20 EMEА countries (Europe, Middle East and Africa) took part in the sessions. We are glad that the International Chairman of Stanton Chase and a few Board Members also joined the regional event.

Digitalization and how it changes the approach to retain executive search
Diversification of Stanton Chase’s portfolio in response to the increasing demand of effective leadership services, including executive mentoring, executive coaching and board assessment.
Business results analysis – Europe was again reported as the strongest region for Stanton Chase with over 60% of the general revenue.
