Stanton Chase, one of the leading international leadership advisory firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Fadi Sbaiti as Partner. Fadi will be based out of the Stanton Chase Dubai office, where he will support the aerospace and defense industry in its leadership challenges. He brings 20 years of executive business experience.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Fadi held senior-level executive positions and has worked for companies and corporations across the Middle East, the U.S, and Europe. His expertise in defense and security projects, program management, and strategic planning and execution allowed him to develop strong relationships with government agencies and corporations across the GCC.
Prior to joining the management ranks of business, Fadi had more than 10 years of military service as a Naval Officer which gained him operational exposure and a discipline to deliver on mission requirements. He draws upon a unique blend of leadership skills honed in the commitment and accountability as a Naval Officer and adapted to business through successfully leading companies through transition.
Fadi has extensive knowledge in defense technologies; his latest achievements involved state-of-the-art projects in maritime and border security. He was a Managing Director at Decision Sciences International Corporation, where he set up the regional GCC office in Abu Dhabi and won the first project with the UAE Federal Customs Authority for a Multi-Mode Passive Detection System (MMPDS) in the Khalifa Port. He developed close working relationships with security agencies and customs authorities in the UAE and KSA.
Regarding his new position, Fadi said, “I am eager to join Stanton Chase and to lead the Aerospace and Defense practice out of the Dubai office. I look forward to supporting the growth of these industries and agencies providing them with mission critical assets to serve their national growth plans across the MENA region.”

Fadi graduated from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, with a degree in Weapons and Systems Engineering. He also holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, in addition to a Masters in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut.
