Natalie Sleiman Leads Technology Practice Group Regionally

May 1, 2019. Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Stanton Chase, a top-ranked global executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Sleiman as Partner. Sleiman will lead the Technology practice in the Middle East region. Natalie will be based out of the Stanton Chase Dubai office, where she will support organizations in the recruitment of top technology leadership—both within the technology industry itself, as well as across the many other industries facing significant challenges with respect to digitalization and digital transformation.

“Technology and digitalization are at the core of today’s world and creating challenges for many firms. At Stanton Chase, we are focused on placing leaders who not only help overcome those challenges for businesses, but most importantly allow our clients to build sustainable growth into the digitalized future,” said Wassim Karkabi, Managing Partner of Stanton Chase Dubai and Global Head of Board & Executive Assessment. “Natalie brings solid experience and expertise in leadership and the tech sector that we look for in our practice group heads. Her recent work in the tech industry, and more importantly with female entrepreneurs in the Middle East, demonstrates her expertise in helping firms in achieving their digital transformation strategies. We are thrilled to have Natalie join the team.”

Natalie holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and is an Executive Board member of INSEAD’s National Alumni Association in the UAE, where she has been instrumental in building the business school’s association into one of the largest and most active alumni groups in the world. Through her involvement with the technology and start-up community, Natalie developed a passion for supporting entrepreneurship and innovation as a positive force of social and economic impact. Aspiring to create more local impact, she established and currently heads the UAE Chapter of She Loves Tech, a global NGO that runs the world’s largest women-led technology start-up competition.

Regarding her new appointment, Natalie said, “I am excited to join Stanton Chase and to lead the Technology practice group for the region. My passion for digital transformation and emerging technology will definitely add value for our clients, and I look forward to supporting them as they navigate their way in this fast-paced sector.”
