Group Chief Executive Officer placed by Stanton Chase

Dubai, UAE, January 17, 2016: Stanton Chase, one of the Top 10 Global Leadership Firms, worked closely over an extended assignment with Al Jaber Group to identify, assess and hire a Group Chief Executive Officer.  After an extensive search across the Middle East region and consideration of numerous potential candidates, Al Jaber Group arrived at a solid shortlist of three outstanding candidates, and on December 16, 2015, Mr. Panicos Euripides was confirmed as the new Group Chief Executive Officer for Al Jaber Group.

Mr. Euripides comes to the role with an outstanding track record of success in building and infrastructure project management and operation. He is a holder of Master of Business Administration and Civil Engineering degrees with tremendous international and regional work experience.  Prior to joining Al Jaber Group, Mr. Euripides was the Chief Executive Officer of a leading construction company in the UAE. In his capacity as the CEO, he drove and maintained the growth and profitability of the construction business in the core UAE market, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other MENA region countries. A motivational and inspirational leader, he is committed to providing outstanding service quality that exceeds client and stakeholder expectations for the Al Jaber Group.

Mr. Euripides said:
“It was a pleasure to work with Stanton Chase during this career transition. Wassim Karkabi approached me for this perfect opportunity to take the next step in my career. I was well guided through the process and received useful professional advice. The role with Al Jaber Group was a great match for me and my professional aspirations as well.  I can safely recommend Stanton Chase to other executive leaders, because I received from them the best service I have ever encountered from an executive recruitment company. Now I look forward to delivering on the vision of the Al Jaber Group and Family.”

Al Jaber Group welcomes Mr. Euripides as he brings a wealth of experience and compliments the Group’s vision of recruiting the best talent in the region.  Most importantly Mr. Euripides’ understanding of working within a complex environment of a large business, and the values of a family held organization are a great match to the requirements of the organization, thereby ensuring sustainable leadership into the coming future.

“Stanton Chase is proud to have worked with the Al Jaber family on this key leadership role. This experience has proven to us once again, that our leadership fit-for-purpose model is a key part of our continued success in the Middle East, and all over the world“, said Wassim Karkabi, Managing Partner of Stanton Chase in the Middle East. “Over the  past years we have placed a number of Group CEO’s for Family Groups and find that our ability to understand the dynamics of Family Businesses in the Middle East, and apply our Leadership Model to our diligent execution process has proven to us that sustainable business growth comes through the right leadership” he concluded.
